They are an independent broker, representing numerous carriers. That enables them to honestly find a carrier “customized” to their individual needs, get the lowest rates, while still maintaining the best coverage with high-rated carriers. Agents working directly for a company push what’s best for the insurance company instead of the other way around. Bob Prokop’s service is also very personalized and I love that you don’t have to go thru five menus and real people actually answer the phone! He’s the best and I highly recommend him!

Recently my policy was reviewed by Robert without me asking and he found a better deal for my package and earned me a refund! I am appreciative he took the time and initiative to review the policy! That to me is excellent customer service which I value immensely. Prokop has been my agent for a long time and I have no intention of switching. Keep up the excellent work!
